Kiddie Academy to open up its first facility in Montgomery County at Shady Grove Development Park!

Germantown, Maryland, February 23, 2015 – Minkoff Development Corporation is proud to announce that the first Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care Center in Montgomery County will open this summer at Shady Grove Development Park. The facility is about 10,400 square feet and includes an additional 5,400 square feet of fenced-in outside play areas.  Kiddie Academy will join other kid-friendly uses already in operation at Shady Grove Development that include: Dobre Gymnastics, FreeState Gymnastics, Monster Mini Golf, Pump It Up, Renaissance Art Center, and SkyZone Trampoline Park.

Shady Grove Development Park, located on the east side of I-270 between Shady Grove Road and I-370, is a 40+ acre office, flex, and light industrial park with over 745,000 square feet in ten buildings.
