From the Farmer relocates distribution center to Sunnyside Industrial Center

Germantown, Maryland, September 19, 2014 – From the Farmer has a new home. Minkoff Development Corporation is proud to announce the opening of the new From the Farmer distribution center in its Sunnyside Industrial Center. The new distribution center opened in August of this year and is already in full swing. The facility, about 10,000 square feet, provides the space needed for sorting through the fresh produce and getting it ready for delivery in and around the Washington Metropolitan Area. With the addition of From the Farmer, Sunnyside Industrial Center has only one vacancy remaining; a 10,000sf end-cap space with a showroom and fronting on Sunnyside Avenue.

Sunnyside Industrial Center is a two-building 87,000 square foot flex complex. With prominent exposure on Sunnyside Avenue, Sunnyside Industrial Center is located just south of Route 1, between Rhode Island Avenue and Tucker Street in Beltsville, MD.
