Seneca Meadows Corporate Center
  • Bought 156 acres in Germantown in what would become Seneca Meadows Corporate Center.

Wegmans
  • Developed first retail project anchored by Wegmans Food Market – the Shops at Seneca Meadows.

1989

Shady Grove Development Park
  • Finished Shady Grove Development Park, which now includes 11 buildings in over 745,000 SF.

2019

  • Third generation of the family (Bradley and Andrew) promoted to leadership as Co-Presidents.
  • Acquired five buildings at Avion Business Park in Chantilly, VA – a flex-office park just south of Dulles Airport.
  • Began partnership with GlenLine Investments to expand upon strategy of owning and operating infill industrial projects.
